Often associated with change, the opal is a kind of stone that mutates its colour according to the light it reflects. The record is a documentary narrating the development of his sentiments while shifting from his teen years to adulthood. Arranged and played by abe and Giacomo Carlone (co-prod, mix, drums) and co-written by Luca Nistler/Bjrg, the album finds a place somewhere in between Post-Rock, Math-Pop and Midwest-Emo, with some Drum ‘n’ Bass influences.
